熔体处理温度对镍基单晶高温合金熔体结构和凝固组织的影响 被引量:31

摘要 对一种 Ni-Cr-Co-W-Mo-Ta-Al-Ti系镍基单晶高温合金的合金熔体进行不同温度过热处理后,观察其凝固组织,并利用液态金属X射线衍射仪测试了合金熔体结构在1450-1600℃温度范围内的变化.结果表明,随着熔体处理温度的升高,合金熔体更加均匀;一次枝晶间距减小,偏析程度减轻;γ形貌更方整、分布弥散;枝晶干与枝晶间γ'的尺寸差别减小. The melt treatment was conducted on a single crystal Ni-base superalloy. The melt was superheated at different temperaturs, and then the corresponding solidified microstructures were studied. The melt structures of alloy heated in the temperature range from 1450 degreesC to 1600 degreesC, were investigated using a high temperature X-ray diffractometer. The results show that with the increase of the melt treatment temperature, the structures of the melt become more homogeneous; the primary arm spacing gradually decreases; the microsegregation gradually lowers; the gamma' precipitates in both dendrite core and interdendrite area are refined; the difference in size of gamma' precipitates in both dendrite core and interdendrite area gradually decreases.
