摘要
我国第一次在全社会发布《中长期青年发展规划(2016—2025)》,标志着我国青年发展事业进入新时代,从国家层面上给予青年发展事业更深刻的意义与更明确的指向。从社会学理论剖析解读青年发展规划的文体内容,无论是社会化与个体选择理论,还是政策引导与社会治理理论,都能找到对话点。并且,通过对青年发展规划文本内容的再解构,发现青年发展规划的制定与实施要做到文体内容和逻辑体系的结构性分析,更要推动发展规划顶层设计的科学性、系统性、前瞻性、战略性。
The open publication of ＂The Medium and Long Term Plans for Youth Development（2016-2025）＂ for the first time in our country marks the cause of youth development in our country entering into the new era and provide the youth development cause more profound meaning and more specific direction at the national level. Dialogue points can be found in the analysis and interpretation of the text contents of the youth development plan with the sociological theory, whether it is the theory of socialization and individual choice or the theory of policy guidance and social governance. Furthermore, it is required not only to do the constructive analysis of the text contents and the logic system to find the formulation and implementation of youth development plans through re-deconstruction of the text contents of the youth development plans, but also to promote the top-level design of the development plans to be scientific, systematic, forward-looking and strategic.
