摘要
在"一带一路"倡议下,语言成为对外交往活动的重要媒介。广西作为与东盟国家联通的"桥头堡",角色的定位赋予了广西更多先行的推动力,而外语人才的培养成为其中一个关键的因素。广西外语人才培养在通用型与非通用型人才培养的地位、人才能力定位和语言文化安全等三个方面承担转型任务,其路径为突出东盟小语种的设置与布局、培养创新型复合外语人才、维护国家语言安全。
Languages have become significant media in foreign communication activities under the background of the‘Belt and Road＇initiative. As the bridge tower to connect to ASEAN countries,Guangxi＇s role orientation has endowed itself more driving force to go ahead while cultivation of foreign language talents has become the most crucial key factor. Cultivation of foreign language talents in Guangxi is undertaking a transitive task on three aspects of the status of cultivating universal type and non-universal type talents,the demarcation of the talents＇ capabilities and the safety of language and culture. The pathway is to highlight configuration and layout of ASEAN minority languages,cultivate innovative complex talents of foreign languages and maintain safety of our national language.
