摘要
车身结构主断面的设计与开发,是车身概念设计的一个重要内容,而主断面的惯性矩,特别是其主惯性矩分析和优化又是断面设计中的一项重要工作。文章将从主断面惯性矩的分析出发,研究断面的惯性矩对车身模态的影响,并根据分析结果对断面形状进行优化,从而提高车身结构性能,减轻车身重量。
BIW master section design is a important work in concept design phase of BIW design. Section stiffness is decided by the moment of inertia of the section. This paper study how to analyze the effects of moment of inertia of section to the BIW stiffness. And optimize the moment of inertia of section based on the results of the analysis.
