摘要
为给无人值守共享电动汽车客户提供取、还车人机接口,基于STM8AF52微控制器、PN512近场通信芯片设计出完整的电路原理图。制成电路板后,调整天线匹配电路中各电容、电感和电阻值确定射频电路的合理工作参数,并开展了控制器局域网通信可靠性测试。结果表明:近场通信天线7 cm范围内通讯正常,电路模块的待机功耗小于5 m A,控制器局域网通讯数据在连续1 200 h测试中无错漏,显示亮度能够满足人机交互要求。
In order to provide a man-machine interface for customers to get and return vehicle in the unattended business model of shared EV, a complete schematic circuits was designed based on the STM8AF52MCU, PN512 NFC IC.After the PCB sample was made, the capacitance, inductance and resistance in the antenna matching circuit were adjusted to appropriate value, and reliability test of CAN communication was carried out. The results show that the NFC communication antenna operates normally at the distance less than 7 cm. The power consumption under standby mode is less than 5 mA. There are no CAN communications errors during 1 200 hours test, and display brightness can meet the requirement of man-machine interaction.
