ICP-MS法测定三棱中的人体必需微量元素 被引量:3

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定中药三棱中锰(Mn)、铬(Cr)、锶(Sr)、锌(Zn)、铷(Rb)、硼(B)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、钼(Mo)、硒(Se)等10种人体必需微量元素的含量。电热板湿法消解(HNO_3-H_2O_2体系)药材极细粉(200目),电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定其微量元素,内标标准曲线法计算含量。各元素回归方程相关系数均≥0.999 8,检出限为0.001 9μg/L^0.164 4μg/L,加样回收率为96.33%~113.33%之间。经测定,Mn、Zn、Ni、B、Cu等元素在中药三棱中的含量较高,其中Mn元素含量最高(681.5μg/g)。该法简单、快速、检出限低、准确度好、精密度高,能多元素同时检测,是一种测定三棱中必需微量元素的有效分析方法,为中药三棱化学成分的进一步研究及其质量标准的制定提供实验依据。 The Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used firstly for the simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of essential trace elements of human,such as Mn,Cr,Sr,Zn,Rb,B,Ni,Cu,Se in Sparganium stoloniferum Buch.-Ham..The impalpable powder(200 mesh screen) of S.stoloniferum Buch.-Ham. were treated with the method of electric heating digestion(HNO3-H2O2 system),the elements was determined by ICP-MS,and the contents of trace elements were calculated by standard curve method.The linear correlation coefficients(r) of each element were all greater than or equal to 0.999 8. The detection limits were in the range of 0.001 9μg/L-0.164 4μg/L,and the recoveries were between 96.33 and 113.33%. It was determined that the content of Mn,Zn,Ni,B,Cu in S.stoloniferum Buch.-Ham.is high,of which Mn is the highest,681.5μg/L.It is an effective analytical method for determination of essential trace elements in S.stoloniferum Buch.-Ham. with the characteristics of simple,rapid,low detection limit,good accuracy,high precision,simultaneous detection of multiple elements,which provides experimental basis for further study of chemical constituents and quality standards of S.toloniferum Buch.-Ham.
