摘要
在上海市某低碳实践区,选择了具有代表性的50幢既有重点用能建筑,其能源消耗占该区域重点用能建筑的70%以上,进行了区域建筑群节能低碳综合改造的研究分析。通过开展全面调查研究和能源审计,分析了能源消费和利用情况,查找用能过程中管理和设备存在的问题及节能潜力,研究提出了适应的技术措施和对策,确定了整体综合改造实施目标、实施步骤和补充政策等策略建议。研究分析结果和相关建议具有一定代表性,可为政府制定有关政策和低碳实践区建筑群的节能低碳综合技术改造参考。
In order to speed up the development of Low Carbon Practice Zone,50 typical existing buildings of a District G overnment are selected to conduct a preliminary survey and study in Shanghai. The findings of the study are used for a comprehensive energy efficiency retrofit of the building clusters. These buildings represent 70% of the key energy users in the building sector in the zone. The survey provided details on their energy consumption and usage status through a quick onsite energy audit,which identified issues in energy management,control and facilities. The study generated technical measures and policy recommendations on setting the goals of comprehensive retrofit,priorities and supplement policies. These viable and effective policy recommendations are adopted by District G overnment for the energy efficiency and low carbon retrofits of the building clusters in the Low Carbon Practice Zone.
