摘要 针对广东地区夏季极端降雨多发的情况,结合高速公路建设,提出建立室内模拟试验的方法来研究环氧沥青混合料的水稳定性能。通过AC-13C环氧沥青混合料和SBS沥青混合料进行对比试验,研究结果表明:环氧沥青混合料的水稳定性能优于SBS改性沥青混合料的水稳定性能,相比于SBS改性沥青混合料,环氧沥青混合料劈裂强度提高了22%左右,TSR指标提高了10%左右。真空饱水循环+煮沸能较好地反映高温多雨条件下,沥青路面实际温度变对沥青混合料水稳定性的影响。 Aiming at more extreme rainfall in the summer in Guangdong region,combined with highway construction,the method of establishing indoor simulation experiment is put forward to study the water stability of epoxy asphalt mixture. The comparison experiment was carried out by AC-13 C epoxy asphalt mixture and SBS asphalt mixture. The results show that the water stability of epoxy asphalt mixture is better than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture,compared to SBS modified asphalt mixture,the splitting strength of epoxy asphalt mixture is increased by about 22 % and the TSR indicator is increased by about 10 %. Vacuum saturated water cycle + boiling can better reflect the influence of actual temperature change of asphalt pavement on water stability of asphalt mixture under high temperature and rainy conditions.
