摘要
在分析广东省高职院校实验室建设基本情况的基础上,以广州轨道交通系统装备安全与智能技术重点实验室建设为例,基于创造优良的科学研究与实验条件、建立优良的产学研合作与孵化平台、培养优秀的技术应用型人才队伍和建立开放共享的实验室管理模式的建设定位,以建立矩阵式组织模式为牵引,就高职重点实验室建设的团队建设管理机制、校企协同合作机制、资金统分结合机制、资源开放共享机制、日常管理考核机制等方面提出了改革措施。
This article has analyzed the basic situation of laboratory construction in higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province. Taking the Guangzhou rail transit system equipment safety and intelligence technology key laboratory as an example,the construction positioning is based on the creation of excellent scientific research and experimental conditions,establishing of an outstanding cooperation of production,study and research as well as processing platform. The laboratory also cultivates extraordinary technical talents and establishes an open and shared laboratory management model. Guided by the matrix organization model as lead-in,reform measures have been put forward in respect of the team building management mechanism,the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,the financial integration mechanism,the resource opening and sharing mechanism,and the daily managing assessment mechanism for the construction of key laboratories in higher vocational colleges.
