摘要
目的:通过分析医院信息系统变更过程的不足之处,提出系统变更方法以实现精细化管理。方法:考虑医院业务变更的实际,从变更流程控制、业务流程变更的分析与评估、审批与决策和质量控制等方面,提供了一个精细化的医院信息系统变更管理方法。结果:医院信息系统变更的应用实践,证明了变更实施过程的有效性与可行性。结论:满足了医院信息系统变更时衔接的无缝性和稳定性,也满足了新的互联网环境下信息互联互通的需求。
Objective: The paper analyzes the problems that may occur during the process of hospital information system change and provides a method to realizing fine management. Methods: Considering the reality of the hospital medical business change, a fine management method has proposed from the aspect of change control, analysis, evaluation, approval, decision and quality monitoring of the business process change. Results: Through the practice, it confirmed the validity and feasibility of the change implementation process. Conclusion: It meets the needs of the seamlessly, the system stability in the hospital information system change, and it also meets the needs for information interoperability under the new Internet environment.
