摘要
45钢常温淬火后应力较大,极易淬裂。采用亚温淬火工艺(淬火温度740、770和800℃)分析其淬火组织,后经不同温度回火,分析其强度、硬度以及冲击韧性等力学性能。结果表明:45钢在800℃淬火,其残留铁素体含量为6%~9%,呈极细小的颗粒状弥散分布,有利于其强韧性的提升;回火温度在340~460℃时,将获得较好的综合力学性能。选用合适的亚温淬火热处理工艺参数,其力学性能不逊于常温淬火,还能大大降低零件的淬裂倾向。
The 45 steel is easy to crack due to its high stress after normal temperature quenching. The quenching microstructure was analyzed by intercritical quenching at 740, 770, 800 ℃. After tempering at different temperatures,mechanical properties such as strength, hardness and impact toughness were analyzed. The results show that, when 45 steel is quenched at 800 ℃, the residual ferrite content is 6%-9%, and it is fine granular particle and distributes dispersively, which is beneficial to the improvement of the strength and toughness. When the tempering temperature is 340-460 ℃, good comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained. The mechanical properties of samples with proper sub-temperature quenching are not inferior to those of samples with normal temperature quenching, and the cracking tendency of parts can be greatly reduced.
