摘要
随着全球范围内制造业的信息化、智能化及终端产品需求多元化,加之中国社会经济的转型升级,对钢铁终端产品质量提出了更高的要求,智能制造是解决上述问题的关键所在。首先介绍了钢铁全流程质量检测及工艺优化的研究现状;然后展望了各子工序质量检测、冶炼过程重点参数监控及工艺优化的着力点;最后结合物联网、大数据、云计算、温度检测及成分快速检测等关键技术,探讨了如何利用上述先进技术推动钢铁行业智能制造更好的实施。
With the informatization,intelligent and product demand diversification of the global manufacturing industry,combined with China′s industrial restructuring and upgrading in recent years,higher request for the steel terminal product quality has been brought forward,while the steel intelligent manufacturing is the key to solve the above problems.Firstly,the research progress in the steel quality testing and technology optimizing was introduced.Then the key points of steel quality testing,key parameters monitoring and technology optimizing of steel industry were presented.Combined with the key technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,temperature detection and the elements detection,the discussions focused on how to use the described advanced technologies to promote better implementation of intelligent steel manufacturing.
