摘要
发挥Lab VIEW功能强大、方便灵活的优势,给出基于虚拟仪器软件开发平台的一种车牌自动识别系统实现方法。借助机器视觉工具包提取复杂环境下车牌图像。通过图像预处理、车牌定位、车牌字符骨骼化提取、垂直投影法分割、BP神经网络训练等技术识别车辆相关信息。经过大量测试,表明该软件能够实现高效的车牌识别,有助于提高车辆管理效率。
A method of automatic license recognition system is presented, which is based on the development platform of virtual instrument software.It takes the advantage of powerful,convenient and flexible platform Lab VIEW.The machine vision toolkit is used to extract and identify the license plate in the car image from the complex background.The system can identify the license plate through image processing,image positioning,plate character skeletal extraction,vertical projection segmentation,BP neural network training.
