摘要
目的探讨随访护理对改善成人癫痫患者焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的作用。方法选取2015-03—2016-04到郑州市第六人民医院接受治疗的成人癫痫患者90例,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组各45例。观察组采用随访护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较2组患者护理后的焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量。结果观察组护理前焦虑、抑郁评分(58.45±7.21分、61.72±9.28分)与对照组(59.01±7.82分、62.13±9.56分)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者护理后焦虑抑郁评分均较护理前有所下降,其中观察组焦虑抑郁评分(42.56±5.56分、47.68±6.21分)降低幅度大于对照组(57.45±6.12分、59.45±7.89分),2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的各项生活质量改善情况明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用随访护理能够明显改善成人癫痫患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上广泛应用。
Objective To explore the effect of follow up nursing on anxiety and depression in adult epilepsy patients and liv ing quality. Methods 90 cases of adult epilepsy patients who were treated in this hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were se lected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method with 45 cases in each group, respectively. The observation group was treated with follow up care, and the control group was routine nursing. The anxiety,depression and living quality in the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistical significance (P〉0.05) in the observation group of pre nursing anxiety, depression score (58.45±7.21 points, 61.72±9.28) and the control group (59.01±7.82 points,62.13±9.56). Anxiety depression score of two groups decreased after patient care. The observation group had higher anxiety depression score (42.56± 5.56 points, 47.68±6.21) than the control group (57.45±6.12 points, 59.45±7.89,P〈0.05). After the treatment,the improvement of the living quality of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The application of follow up care can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of adult epilepsy patients,improve the living quality of the patients,and deserve to be widely applied in clinical practice.
