摘要
民办高校新人职的教师,在教学能力上存在经验欠缺、阅历不够丰富、角色转换难等特点。文章旨在从宏观和微观两个方面分析影响教学能力的因素,对教学能力的提升发展进行研究,继而提出合理化的建议。
The newly recruited teachers of private colleges and universities have some difficulties in teaching because they are inexperienced and it is difficult for them to adapt to the transition from the students to the teachers. This article aims to analyze the factors that influence the teaching ability from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives, conduct researches on the promotion and development of teaching ability, and then put forward reasonable suggestions.
