摘要
在高职教育学生管理工作中,主题班会是高职学生入学教育活动的形式之一,是高职生的必修课。为了加强高职院校主题班会的开展效果,本人将对部分高职院校主题班会的现有情况进行整理,调查研究并提出用"世界咖啡"汇谈模式的融入来提高主题班会教育效果。
In the management of higher vocational education students, the theme class meeting is one of the forms of vocational education for students entering the school and is a required course for students of higher vocational colleges. In order to enhance the effectiveness of the theme class meeting in higher vocational colleges, This paper will collate the current situation of some of the higher vocational college theme class meetings, investigate and propose that the use of the ＂World Coffee＂ meeting mode to improve the effectiveness of the theme class education.
