摘要
班导师制度在高校范围内广泛建立,青年教师担任班导师日益普遍。初担教职,青年教师在班导师和学生工作中尚需磨练。文章分析了青年教师在担任班导师的优势和工作重心,讨论了学校和教师各方面应该给予的工作帮助。然后,就班导师工作中如何培养学生专业兴趣和训练活动设计中注意的要点,谈论了自己的看法。
Class tutor systems have been widely established in high schools, where more and more young teachers are appointed as tutors. However, since young teachers lack of practical experience in students management, efforts must be done for them to fulfill this task. This paper analyzes the advantages of young teachers on the duty of class tutor and the focus in works. Supports from school colleges and colleagues are necessary. Some comments are made on the methods of interest training and the design of training plans.
