摘要
目的构建科学合理的三甲综合医院临床科主任核心胜任力模型。方法基于文献分析法、专家访谈法和行为事件访谈法构建初始模型,据此编制问卷.选取9所三甲综合医院共200名临床科主任进行调查,检验并确定最终模型。结果形成由4个维度(专业能力、管理技能、个人特质、人际关系)共17项胜任特征组成的三甲综合医院临床科主任核心胜任力模型;信度分析结果显示,总体编码信度系数为0.719,问卷整体Cronbach'sα系数为0.872,KMO值为0.847;探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,累计贡献率为88.743%;验证性因子分析显示模型四维结构拟合良好。结论构建的临床科主任核心胜任力模型具有较高的科学性和稳定性,可为三甲综合医院临床科主任的选拔、考评及培训等工作提供理论参考。
Objective The purpose of this research is to establish a scientific model evaluating the core competency that the clinical department director should have in a general hospital.Methods The author made the initial model based on three aspects,including literature analysis,expert interview and behavioral event interview.And a questionnaire was designed on the basis of the initial model and handed out to 200 clinical department directors from nine tertiary general hospitals to confirm the ultimate framework.Results This model consists of 4 dimensions（professional competence,administrative skills,personal characteristics and interpersonal relationships）and 17 qualifying standards.The reliability analysis showed that the overall coding reliability coefficient was 0.719,the Cronbach＇sαcoefficient was 0.872,and the KMO value was 0.847.Four factors were extracted using exploratory factor analysis,contributing 88.743% of the total variance.A good fitness of the model was revealed through analysis of confirmatory factors.Conclusion This competency model is scientific and stable and can be used as the theoretical reference for clinical department directors selecting,evaluating and training.
