摘要
目的分析广州军区广州总医院(以下简称"我院")糖皮质激素类药物的应用情况及存在问题,为临床正确使用糖皮质激素类药物提供参考。方法随机抽取我院2017年1~12月住院患者糖皮质激素处方1200张,统计糖皮质激素类药物的使用品种、使用科别及用药情况,对不合理处方进行分析点评。结果 1200份糖皮质激素类药物处方中共使用6种糖皮质激素药物,其中注射剂1种,片剂3种,粉针剂1种,吸入溶液剂1种,使用例数较多的分别为地塞米松磷酸钠注射液(71.42%)及醋酸地塞米松(19.50%)。经处方点评,1200份处方中共有213份存在不合理用药现象,不合理用药率达17.79%,主要为适应证不适宜(45.07%)及用法用量不适宜(23.32%)。结论我院应加强对糖皮质激素类药物合理应用的监督及管理,减少不良反应的发生,促进其临床合理用药。
Objective To investigate the application of glucocorticoid drugs with the existing problems in Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command（ ＂our hospital＂ for short）, in order to provide a reference for the clinical use of glucocorticoid drugs. Methods 1200 inpatient glucocorticoid prescriptions were randomly selected from January to December in 2017, the using type and the medication of the glucocorticoid drugs were counted, and the unreasonable prescriptions were analyzed. Results 6 kinds of glucocorticoid drugs were used in the 1200 inpatient glucocorticoid prescriptions, including 1 injection, 3 kinds of troche, 1 powder-injection and 1 inhalation, the most commonly used drug were Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate（71.42%） and Prednnisone Acetate（19.50%）. According to the comment of prescriptions, 213 irrational prescriptions amounted to 17.79% among 1200 prescriptions, the inappropriate indications amounted to 45.07% and the inappropriate usage amounted to 23.32%. Conclusion The monitoring and management about the rational use of glucocorticoid drugs should be strengthened in order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and promote the rational use of clinic.
