摘要
"21世纪是质量的世纪",越来越多的企业按照ISO9001标准建立了公司的质量管理体系并获得认证证书,以此来推动和改进公司质量管理水平;在质量管理活动中,不合格处理和纠正措施占据十分重要的地位,通过处理不合格进行原因分析并制订纠正措施,能最大限度的降低不利影响,促进管理体系的持续改进。文章通过分析企业质量管理中不合格处理时存在的主要问题,从确定详细清楚的相关部门,分析查找问题的根本原因、制订有效的纠正措施、持续跟踪纠正措施的实施结果,以及建立措施数据库指导修正失效的措施等方面提出相应对策,为企业改进不合格处理,解决相关问题提供管理和实践方面的借鉴。
"The 21 st century is the quality century", more and more enterprises have established the quality management systemaccording to the ISO9001 standard and obtained the certification certificate,in this way to promote and improve the quality management level of the company. In quality management activities, nonconformity treatment and corrective actions occupy a very important position, by analyzing the causes of the nonconformity and formulating the corrective actions, the adverse effects can be minimized and the continuous improvement of the management system can be promoted.This paper will discuss the main problems encountered in the nonconformity treatment of enterprise quality management,and put forwardsome corresponding countermeasures, such as identify detailed and clearrelevant departments, analyze the fundamental reason, formulate effective corrective actions, continuous tracking the result of corrective actions,setting up acorrective actionsdatabase to guide the correction of failure measures. It provides references formanagement and practice for enterprises to improve nonconformity treatment and solve related problems.
