摘要
替诺福韦酯是2014年在我国正式上市用于慢性乙型肝炎的抗病毒治疗的核苷类新药,应用以来其肾损害的副作用引起较多关注,本文就替诺福韦酯的的副作用、肾脏损害特点和机制、临床表现、临床对策等方面进行一综述,为本药的临床应用提供借鉴参考。
As a new nucleoside drug for chronic hepatitis B antiviral Treatment,Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate was officially listed in China in 2014.The side effects of renal damage have attracted more attention since its wide application.In this systematic review,side effects of Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate,the characteristics and mechanism of renal injury,the clinical manifestations,and the clinical treatment will be mainly discussed.
