线粒体形态与功能改变在肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 线粒体是细胞能量代谢、物质合成以及死亡的调控中心。在肿瘤发生与发展中,线粒体作为重要的调控者,极大影响着肿瘤的增殖、迁移、分化、侵袭等生物学行为。了解肿瘤发生与发展过程中线粒体形态与功能的改变及其调控机制,无疑是把线粒体作为新一代癌症治疗靶点的关键,本文综述线粒体与肿瘤发生发展的研究进展,阐明二者之间的密切联系。 Mitochondria are the regulatory center for cellular energy metabolism,substance synthesis,and death.In the development and progression of tumor,mitochondria as an important regulator,have a significant impact on the biological behaviors including tumor proliferation,migration,differentiation,and invasion.To approach the changes of mitochondrial morphology and function,as well as their regulatory mechanism in the development and progression of tumor,will undoubtedly be the key to using mitochondria as a new generation of cancer therapeutic target.In this paper,the advances in the role of mitochondria in tumor development and progression are reviewed,in an attempt to elucidate the close association between them.
