摘要
区域文化是在社会和历史的发展与实践中慢慢沉淀所形成的,它对当地社会和经济的发展有着不可忽视的影响。目前的"新东北现象"的出现,我们看到的不仅仅是经济问题、政治问题、产业结构的问题,更是社会问题、文化问题。文化是社会长期发展的产物,而反过来又会反作用于社会,影响社会各方面的发展。东北地区有很多优秀的传统文化,对东北经济的发展起到了促进作用,然而一些不适应时代发展的文化,也是东北经济落后的重要原因之一。
Regional culture is gradually formed in the development and practice of society and history,and has an important infl uence on the development of local society and economy.The emergence of ＂New Northeast Phenomenon＂ is accompanied by not only economic problems,political problems,industrial structure problems,but also social and cultural problems.Culture is the product of long-term development of the society.At the same time,it reacts on the society and affects the development of all aspects of the society.Many excellent traditional cultures in Northeast China promote the development of Northeast economy.However,some culture that does not adapt to the development of the times is also one of the important reasons for the economic backwardness in Northeast China.
