在华国际合资企业的创新信息来源、合作伙伴地域广度对其产品国际化的影响

Impact of Source of Innovation Information and Geographical Breadth of Partners on IJVs' Internationalization of Products in China

摘要 通过量表和问卷设计,对跨国公司与中国本土企业共同建立的国际合资企业的创新信息来源、合作伙伴的地域广度和产品国际化进行了有效测量。通过建立多层次线性回归模型,实证分析了在华国际合资企业的创新信息获取渠道、合作伙伴分布以及创新战略对其产品国际化的影响机制。研究发现:在华国际合资企业的合作伙伴地域广度对其产品出口国际化和产品创新国际化具有积极影响,而其创新信息来源的影响不明确;先模仿后创新战略对上述积极影响具有调节作用,而优先采用产品创新战略对上述积极影响的调节效应不明显。根据研究基本结论,为国际合资企业创新和产品国际化过程提出管理建议。 The international joint ventures established by multinational corporations with Chinese local enterprises are naturally internationalized,including the internationalization of production and operation.Through scale and questionnaire design,the innovative information sources,geographical breadth of partners and product internationalization of the international joint ventures in China are measured effectively.Through the establishment of a multi-level linear regression model,source of innovative information,the establishment of cooperative partnership and the innovation strategy in the international joint ventures in China and impact mechanism of product internationalization are empirically analyzed.Based on the survey data,it empirically analyzes the influencing factors and the effect of internationalization of international joint ventures in China.The result shows that the geographical breadth of the partners in China's international joint ventures has a positive impact on the internationalization of product exports and product innovation,and the impact of source of innovative information is not clear;the strategy of first imitative innovation has a regulatory impact on the positive effect,and the product innovation strategy's impact on the positive effect is not obvious.According to the basic conclusions,it puts forward valuable practical guidance suggestions for international joint ventures' innovation and product internationalization process.
