摘要
介绍了基于UG/NX的枪管设计分析一体化系统的开发,目前对于参数化建模和快速仿真之间的连接仍然以数据传输为主,建模模块与分析模块仍没有非常同步的联系。利用UG二次开发功能及其本身特点,以表达式抑制特征的方式解决枪管参数化模板较多的问题,实现枪管CAD设计与CAE仿真的一体化集成,使设计与分析完全集成于UG环境中。以某枪管为例验证表明,利用该系统可缩短产品研发周期,提高设计分析效率。
This paper introduced the development of a CAD/CAE integration system for barrel base on NX platform,mainly including new parametric modeling and UG secondary development techniques.Simulation parameterized template were constructed on the basis of the barrel parameterized template.And CAD/CAE integration system for barrel has been realized by adopting UG secondary development techniques,which also made the barrel fully integrated in UG environment in terms of design and analysis. Through the test of a barrel,it shows that this system is able to greatly improve the efficiency of design and analysis and shorten product development cycle.
