摘要
为了有效地对机械式变速器进行换挡性能的检测,研制可实现自动换挡的实验台架。本文介绍了试验台的原理,整体机械结构、换挡执行模块、计算机测控模块及软件设计,利用该试验台对某型号变速器进行了换挡性能检测。结果表明,该试验台能够稳定、可靠地完成换挡性能测试。
In order to effectively detect the gearshift performance of the mechanical transmission,an experimental platform for automatic shift is developed. The principle of test bench,overall mechanism,shift execution module,computer measurement and control module and software design are introduced. The shift performance of a certain type of transmission is tested by the test bench. The results show that the test bench can perform the shift performance test steadily and reliably.
