摘要
采用半干法厌氧生物反应器对分类后生活垃圾预处理产生的高浓度固体废弃物有机渗滤液进行厌氧消化处理,结果表明:通过接种厌氧微生物,可实现半干法厌氧反应器的快速启动。厌氧反应器pH值维持在7.4左右,ORP维持在-459m V,无酸化现象。随着反应器容积负荷提高,可能产生游离氨氮抑制,游离氨质量浓度宜控制在28~73 mg/L。半干法厌氧反应器最大容积负荷为13.44 g VS/(L·d),反应器底部残渣需要定期排出,防止厌氧反应器堵塞。
Semi-dry anaerobic bioreactor is applied to anaerobic digestion of high concentration organic leachate produced by the pretreatment of municiple solid waste( MSW). The results show that rapid start-up of semi-dry anaerobic reactor can be achieved by inoculating anaerobic microorganism. pH value is maintained at about 7. 4,and ORP value is maintained at-459 m V without acidification. With the increase of volumetric loading of the reactor,free ammonia nitrogen inhibition is arose and the concentration of free ammonia should be controlled in 28 ~ 73 mg/L. The maximum volumetric loading of semi-dry anaerobic reactor is13. 44 g VS/( L·d). Residue at the bottom of the reactor should be discharged regularly to prevent blockage of anaerobic reactor.
