摘要
以流体力学相似理论基础,从浮法玻璃熔体高温流动特性出发,采用物理模拟的方法,以600 t/d浮法玻璃熔窑为研究对象,采用底插式电极分布,调整电极的布置位置,探索研究了电极在浮法玻璃熔窑炉内的不同位置排布对玻璃熔体的温度、速度等主要工况的影响规律,为电助熔浮法玻璃熔窑合适的电极排布提供指导。

It provided suitable electrode configuration for the electric fusible float glass furnace.
