摘要
通过室内毒力试验、安全性试验以及田间药效试验,评价苦参碱对大葱甜菜夜蛾的防治效果。室内毒力测定结果表明:苦参碱对甜菜夜蛾的杀虫活性较好,药后48h苦参碱对大葱甜菜夜蛾的LC50值为97.698mg·L-1;安全性试验结果表明:0.5%苦参碱水剂6.75、13.5、27a.i.g·hm-2喷雾处理三个大葱供试品种:小香葱、铁杆大葱、辽葱3号均没有药害症状,安全性较好;田间试验结果表明:0.5%苦参碱水剂6.75a.i.g·hm-2防治大葱甜菜夜蛾在药后7d防治效果为84.02%。防治大葱甜菜夜蛾应该在其发生早期低龄幼虫期,施药应在阴天或者傍晚4点以后进行。大葱甜菜夜蛾防治,栽培健壮的植株是基础,同时安全、高效且及时地使用药剂也是非常重要的。
The indoor bioassay,safety test and field trial were used to evaluate the control effect of matrine on Spodoptera exigua.The results of indoor bioassay showed that the insecticidal activity of matrine to Spodopteraexigua was effective,and the LC50 values of matrine to Spodoptera exigua at 48 hafter treatment was 97.698 mg·L-1 respectively.The results of the safety test showed that 0.5% matrine was sprayed on 6.75,13.5,27 a.i.g·hm-2 three green onions for test varieties:chives and Allium fistulosum L and Allium fistulosum L No.3 all had no injury symptoms and safe.Field test results showed that:the control efficacy of 0.5% matrine 6.75 a.i.g·hm-2 after 7 days was 84.02%.Matrine insecticide was best to be used to control of young larvae,and application should be used on cloudy day or after 4 p.m.in the field.In the measures of IPM to control this pest,healthy cultivation was the basic measurement,meanwhile,the chemical control with safety,high efficiency and on time was very important too.
