摘要
随着城市建设高速发展,城市建筑错综复杂,在建设中彼此相互影响。其中建筑工程施工对临近地铁安全性影响尤其复杂,因而有必要对地铁进行安全性影响因素分析。首先归纳总结了建筑工程施工对临近地铁安全性影响因素:工程桩施工、基坑降水、基坑开挖和主体结构施工。其次以哈尔滨市某建筑工程施工为例,运用有限差分软件FLAC^(3D),考虑土体小应变变形,建立基坑开挖数值模型,按照实际施工工况进行数值模拟分析,求取地铁结构相关变形值并分析基坑开挖对地铁的影响。计算结果表明,由于基坑开挖,地铁隧道及结构有朝向基坑变形趋势,越是靠近基坑其变形越大,所得变形值仍在安全范围之内。上述分析为基坑开挖对临近地铁安全性影响预评估提供一种操作可行的办法。
With the rapid development of urban construction,urban buildings affect each other in the construction.The impacts of buildings on the safety of the adjacent subway is particularly complicated. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the safety factors. Firstly,the main factors influencing the safety of the adjacent subway are summarized,which include the construction of engineering pile,the dewatering of foundation pit,the excavation of foundation pit and main structure construction. Secondly,by taking a construction project in Harbin as an example,a finite-difference software FLAC^3D is applied to establish a numerical model of foundation pit excavation and to consider the small deformation of soil. Numerical simulation analysis is conducted according to actual construction conditions. Finally,the safety of the subway was evaluated. The calculation results show that due to the excavation of foundation pit,the subway tunnel and structure have the trend of deformation towards foundation pit. The closer the foundation pit is,the larger the deformation is,however the resulting deformation value is still within the safe range. This could provide a feasible method for the pre-assessment of the impact of foundation pit excavation on the safety of the subway.
