摘要
目前我国越来越重视山地城市问题的研究,为合理充分利用山地建设中的老滑坡场地,根据多起工程案例总结阐述了老滑坡的工程地质特征,并以延安市某处大型老滑坡上建成居民建筑群的工程实践为例,在对该处建筑进行现场调查的基础上,结合相关勘察设计资料,分析提出了老滑坡场地上的建筑要点:确定老滑坡的稳定性和稳定程度是前提;根据滑坡各地段工程性质选择建筑物形式是中心环节;采用抗滑措施来确保建筑场地的绝对稳定,并选用经济适当的地基基础处理措施是关键。
At present,more and more attention has been paid to the research on mountain urban problems to make full use of the old landslide site in mountain construction. This article analyzed the engineering geological features of the old landslide based on a number of engineering cases,then took the engineering practice of building a residential complex on a large old landslide somewhere in Yan＇an as an example. On the basis of on-site investigation of the building,combined with relevant survey and design data,the main points of building on the old landslide site were proposed,which are as follows： first thing is to determine the stability of the old landslide; It is the central link to choose the building form according to the nature of the project; It is the key to adopt anti-skid measures to ensure the absolute stability of the construction site and choose the economical foundation treatment plan.
