摘要
目的分析新护士经口鼻吸痰操作技能的学习曲线,为规范化的护士培训提供更好的实践方案。方法选取40名新入职护士为培训对象,分别从理论、操作、案例导入、反馈四个方面入手,先集中授课,随后采用案例导入模式进行8轮操作练习,头两轮结束后进行中期反馈,理论考核穿插于操作前、中、后分别进行。比较8轮操作后新护士的理论知识合格率、操作技能合格率、案例导入考核合格率、无菌操作达标率。结果 8轮操作后,分析理论知识合格率、操作技能合格率、案例导入考核合格率、无菌操作达标率4项评价指标,与第1轮比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);经过7轮操作练习后,操作技能合格率、案例导入考核合格率、无菌操作达标率均出现了拐点而后趋于平稳。结论新护士规范化培训经口鼻吸痰操作技术的学习曲线约为7次。
Objective To analyze the learning curve of the new nurse standardized training of phlegm sucking by mouth and nose, and to provide a better practical plan for the standardized nurse training. Methods A total of 40 new nurses were selected as the training object, from theory and practice, case introduction, feedback four aspects, the first centralized instruction, followed by a 8 round of operation mode of the case into practice, interim feedback after the end of two heads, interspersed in the theoretical examination before and after operation respectively. The qualification rate of theoretical knowledge, the rate of qualified operation skills, the qualification rate of case introduction and examination, and the rate of aseptic operation were compared after the 8 rounds of operation.Results After the 8 rounds of operation, the qualification rate of theoretical knowledge, the rate of qualified operation skills, the rate of qualification of case introduction and examination, and the rate of aseptic operation were statistically significant compared with the first round(P〈0.01). After 7 rounds of operation practice, operation skills, the qualified rate of the case into a qualified rate and qualified rate of aseptic operation both the inflection point and then tends to be steady. Conclusion The learning curve of the standardized training of the new nurse through the mouth and mouth phlegm technique is about 7 times.
