摘要
为了获得较为理想的振动时效效果,提出基于应变振型的振动时效激振频率的确定方法。采用ANSYS有限元软件,对构件进行数值模态分析,通过分析应变振型和残余应力的分布规律,确定了基于应变振型的振动时效激振频率的确定方法和步骤,并在此基础上进行了振动时效的实验研究,验证该方法的提出对振动时效效果改善的有效性。结果表明:对于激振频率的选择应以构件表面的残余应力分布为依据,共振应变函数ψr为准则;通过该方法合理选择振动时效的激振频率,能够获得较为理想的振动时效效果。基于应变振型的振动时效激振频率的确定方法的提出,为振动时效激振频率的确定提供了技术思路,改善了振动时效的效果,具有一定的工程应用价值。
In order to obtain the better effect of vibratory stress relief( VSR),the determination method for VSR exciting frequency was proposed based on strain modal shape. The numerical modal analysis of components was conducted using the finite element software ANSYS. Through analyzing distribution laws of strain modal shape and residual stress,the determination method and steps for VSR exciting frequency based on strain modal shape were deduced. Then tests for VSR were performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results showed that choosing exciting frequency should take the residual stress distribution as the basis,and the resonance strain function as the criterion; the better VSR effect can be obtained through reasonably selecting VSR exciting frequency using the proposed method; the proposed method provides a technical idea for determining VSR exciting frequency,it improves the VSR effect,and has a certain engineering application value.
