摘要
海参是"海八珍"之一,蕴含丰富营养物质。海参多糖是从海参中提取出来的活性物质,具有多方面生物活性,例如抗氧化、降血脂、抗肿瘤等。本文综述了海参多糖的制备工艺及生物活性方面的研究现状,为海参资源应用提供参考依据。
The sea cucumber is one of the eight treasures the sea, it is rich in nutrients. Sea cucumber polysaccharide is a product extracted from sea cucumber, with many biological activities, such as antioxidation, hypolipidemic, anti-tumor, etc.. The preparation and activity of polysaccharide was reviewed in this paper, it provides a reference for the application of sea cucumber resources.
