摘要
我国经济建设突飞猛进,带动了周边食品加工产业的发展。我国的食品加工行业历史悠久,有一定的时代性与特殊性。在新时期下,食品加工设备的污染防控已成为食品加工企业发展中的关键因素,对生产食品的安全质量起着至关重要的关键作用。本文对新时期下食品加工设备污染防控中存在的问题与弊端进行分析,结合现阶段我国食品加工企业的现状,提出相对的污染防控措施与优化意见,为我国日后食品加工行业的发展奠定重要基础。
The development of China's economy has led to the development of the food industry.China's food processing industry has a long history and has certain characteristics of the times and particularity. In the new period, the pollution prevention and control of food processing equipment has become a key factor in the development of food processing enterprises, and plays a crucial role in the safety and quality of food production. Through the analysis of the problems and disadvantages in the pollution prevention and control of food processing equipment in the new period, this paper puts forward relative pollution prevention and control measures and suggestions on the current status of the food processing enterprises in China, which lays an important foundation for the development of the food processing industry in our country.
