Professor Wang Qingwen was born in Shandong,China.He received his PhD degree in Mathematics from University of Science and Technology of China.Since 2004,he has worked as a Full Professor and the Chair of the Department of Mathematics,Shanghai University,China.Professor Wang has several visiting professor positions at other institutions including National University of

Since 2004, he has worked as a Full Profes- sor and the Chair of the Department of Mathemat- ics, Shanghai University, China. Professor Wang has several visiting professor positions at other institu- tions including National University of Singapore （ Singapore ） , Nanyang Technological University （Singapore） , Delft University of Technology Neth- erlands）, Loughborough University （ UK）, Queen Professor Wang Qing^ven University Belfast （UK）, Nova Southeastern University （USA）, University of Central Florida （ USA）, Lowa State University （ USA）, University of Manitoba （ Canada）, National Autono- mous University of Mexico （ Mexico）, Sungkyunkwan University （ Korea）, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Macao University of Science and Technology, National Taiwan Univer- sity, National Tsing Hua University, and National Sun Yat-Sen University. His x^search inter- ests include matrix theory, linear algebra and its applications in systems and control, operator algebra,numerical linear algebra, and quantum computing. He has published more than 100 papers in refereed SCI journals. He has also been active in his service as the editor-in-chief and editors for several refereed journals
