摘要
目的探讨中医传统正骨手法结合手术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床研究。方法选取本院2015年11月~2016年11月胫骨远端骨折的患者90例,按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,各45例。其中对照组采用锁定加压钢板方法,观察组采用中医传统正骨手法结合经皮微创钢板固定技术治疗。两组患者进行手术情况和术后踝关节功能的对比。结果两组患者通过对比,观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用中医正骨手法和手术相结合,对于胫骨远端骨折的治疗效果更好,该方法应当推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine combined with osteotomy for the treatment of distal tibial fractures. Methods 90 patients with distal tibial fractures in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to admission sequence, 45 cases in each group. The control group using locking compression plate method, the observation group using traditional Chinese medicine bone combined with percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation techniques.Two groups of patients underwent surgery and postoperative ankle function comparison. Results The two groups of patients by comparison, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine orthognathic surgery combined with surgery for the treatment of distal tibial fractures better, the method should be widely used.
