摘要
随着我国对外贸易持续强劲增长,中国与美国的贸易摩擦纠纷也越来越多。通过探讨美国"301调查"条款的内涵、中美贸易摩擦状况,进一步分析了旨在保护知识产权的"特别301调查"及其制裁历史,重点指出了针对中国和日本的"特别301调查"异同之处,进而提出对美国新一轮"301调查"的认识和应对。
Along with the continuously increasing of our country% international trade, trade frictions between China and the US are getting more. Firstly, this paper discusses the implication of the 301 investigation and the China-US trade friction situation. Secondly, this paper analyses the history of the US special 301 investigation which is aimed to protect intellectual property, then points out the similarities and differences between the US special 301 investigation targeted to China and to Japan. Finally we give some suggestions to respond the recent US 301 investigation.
