摘要
目的探讨手术与石膏外固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的疗效。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月到某院进行桡骨远端不稳定骨折治疗的患者100例,随机分为两组,并编号为实验组与对照组,实验组使用手术方式对患者进行治疗,对照组患者使用石膏外固定的方式进行治疗,比较两组患者在手术后活动范围,评价患者对两种治疗方式的满意度状况。结果实验组患者手术后活动范围明显大于对照组患者,数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对两组患者治疗满意度状况进行分析,实验组满意度为96.00%,优于对照组的70.00%,数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对桡骨远端不稳定骨折使用石膏外固定治疗方式具有更好的治疗效果,且患者的治疗满意度更高。
Objective To compare the effect of operation and plaster external fixation in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures. Methods From April 2016 to April 2017, 100 patients with unstable distal radius fractures treated patients were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group, the patients in experiment group using plaster external fixation method for treatment, the control group was treated with surgical treatment of patients. The range of motion of the two groups after operation was compared, and the patients＇ satisfaction with the two treatment methods was evaluated. Results The range of motion of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. The satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.00%, which was superior to 70.00% of the control group, and the difference of the data was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of unstable distal radius fractures with plaster external fixation has better therapeutic effect and higher satisfaction.
