摘要
目的探讨八段锦在妇科肿瘤术后快速康复中的应用价值。方法以2016年2月—2018年2月我院妇科60例肿瘤患者为研究对象,依据护理方法分两组。对照组30例,术后常规护理;实验组30例,术后基于快速康复理念予以患者八段锦中医运动。对比观察两组术后康复效果。结果实验组术后心理状态、睡眠质量、生活质量评分以及完全依从率、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科肿瘤术后应用八段锦,能改善患者情绪,增进睡眠,提高依从性及生活质量,对改善预后、加速康复、促进护患和谐具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the application value of eight section brocade in fast recovery after gynecologic tumor operation. Methods From February 2016 to February 2018, 60 cases of gynecologic cancer patients in our hospital were divided into experimental group（rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with eight pieces of brocade,30 cases） and control group（conventional nursing, 30 cases）, the nursing effect was observed. Results The mental status, sleep quality, quality of life, compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of eight section brocade after gynecological tumor operation has a positive effect on improving prognosis, accelerating rehabilitation and promoting nurse patient harmony, and is worthy of popularization and application.
