摘要
数据链消息标准是数据链系统的核心和灵魂,制定并应用好消息标准直接影响数据链作战效能的发挥。分析了数据链消息标准特点,阐述了数据链消息标准的作用,立足于作战思想达成、平台性能和传输媒体优化组合,介绍了数据链消息标准编制过程及其方法。基于数据链系统的主要应用功能,结合数据链实际应用,总结了数据链消息标准应用的难点,并针对难点提出了相应的解决思路,以期对我军数据链的建设、研制、应用和发展提供借鉴。
The data link message standard is the core and spirit of the data link system,and the formulation and the application of message standard directly affect the performances of data link operational efficiency.The characteristics of the data link message standard are analyzed.The roles of the data link message standard are elaborated.Based on the operational idea achievement,the platform performance and the transmission media optimization portfolio,the processing and the method for the data link message standard are introduced.Based on a main application function of the data link system and the practical application of the data link,application difficulties of the data link message standard are discussed,and the corresponding solutions to the difficulties are proposed.Thus,it can provide a reference for the construction,the development,the application,and the development of data link of PLA.
