摘要
针对淮北矿业杨庄煤矿建筑物下压煤的开采问题,介绍了适用于"三下"开采的连续采煤机旺格维利短壁开采工艺,确定了连采工作面的相关参数。通过理论分析计算,确定了在采宽20m条件下保护煤柱的合理宽度为20~26m。FLAC3D数值模拟结果表明,在给定采宽和保护煤柱宽度条件下,受保护建筑物边缘处的水平变形、曲率、倾斜等指标均满足"三下"压煤开采规程规定的保护要求,验证了连采短壁开采工艺应用在"三下"开采的合理性与适应性。连续采煤机短壁开采技术不仅可有效控制地表下沉,保持地表建筑物的安全稳定,而且最大限度地提高煤炭资源回收率。
To coal mining problem under buildings in Yangzhuang coal mine of Huaibei mine group,and then Wangawilli short wall mining with continuous coal cutter that adopted to‘ three unders’ mining was introduced,some relevant parameters of continuous mining working face were determined. According theoretical calculation,the rational coal pillar width under mining width 20 m,which was determined as 20 ~ 26 m,the numerical simulation results of FLAC3 Dshowed that under fixed mining width and protecting coal pillar width condition,some indexes as horizontal deformation,curvature,incline of buildings edge all met protection requirement of coal mining ‘three unders’,the reasonable and adaptation of continuous short wall mining was verified,the mining method not only controlled surface subsidence effectively,but also safety of surface buildings could be maintained,so coal resource recovery could be improved furthest.
