摘要
介绍一种源于课程实训过程中的教学用三维激光雕刻机的制作流程及其性能优化。通过对原有三维激光雕刻机机械结构进行优化,借助对电气系统智能化升级,构建出一套有效的三维激光雕刻系统。与传统二维单头激光雕刻系统的对比分析表明,当前系统在操作、精度、效率、功能等方面都具备明显优势,有利于实践教学质量的有效提升。
Introduces the production process and performance optimization of a kind of instructional 3 D laser engraving machine originated from course training process. Constructs a kind of efficient three-dimensional laser engraving system by optimizing the mechanical structure,and upgrades the electrical system intelligently. The comparison and analysis of the obtained carving data with that for the traditional twodimensional single-head laser engraving system indicate the obvious operation, precision, efficiency and function advantages of the current system. It is advantageous to the effective promotion of practice teaching quality.
