摘要
目的 了解郑州市区10岁儿童尿氟水平。方法 采用概率抽样法随机抽取10岁儿童即时尿样,并用氟离子选择电极法测定尿氟含量。结果 尿氟值呈对数正态性分布,P>0.05,且尿氟值分布无性别差异,P>0.05,几何均值G=1.18mg/L,95%尿氟正常值范围0.41~3.45mg/L。结论 尿氟水平与饮水氟含量密切相关,而氟中毒发病率同时也受营养状况影响。
<Abstrcat>Objective To determine the fluoride concentration in urine of the 10-year-old children in Zhengzhou Methods The samples of urine were selected by PPS Method randomly and the concentration of fluoride was determined by ion-selective electrode method Results The urinary fluoride concentration distribution is Normal Distribution and the normal urinary fluoride concentration is from 0.4mg/L to 3.45mg/L ,Conclusions Urinary fluoride level is close related to the fluoride concentration in drinking-water,while the rate of fluorosis is also effected by personal nutritious status.
