比较分析输尿管镜碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨输尿管镜碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法 170例输尿管结石患者,按照随机数字法分为实验组与对照组,每组85例。对照组采取体外冲击波碎石术治疗,实验组采取输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗。比较两组手术的手术疗效以及并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者手术总有效率为96.47%,与对照组的94.12%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者中1例输尿管穿孔、1例输尿管假道、1例术后高热,并发症发生率为3.53%;对照组患者中无并发症发生,两组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输尿管镜碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效均显著,整体而言对于直径≤1.0 cm的输尿管结石优先采取体外冲击波碎石术,对于直径>1.0 cm的输尿管结石患者优先采取输尿管镜碎石术。
