摘要
介绍了某石化公司新建400 kt/a芳烃抽提装置汽提塔底再沸器管束减薄泄漏的情况,对造成管束失效的原因进行了分析。采用宏观检查、外壁微观、内壁微观、金相等方法进行检测,得出管束失效是由环丁砜分解产生酸性物质腐蚀管壁所致。根据腐蚀特性,制定和实施相应的防泄漏措施,如优化材质,调整注剂等,有效地降低了环丁砜对再沸器的腐蚀。
This paper introduced the situation of the thinning of reboiler tube bundle of the newly built 400 kt/a aromaticsextraction stripping unit of a petrochemical company,and made analysis to the causes for tube bundle failure.The methods ofmacroscopic examination,outer wall microscopic test,inner wall test and metallographic test used,and it was concluded that thetube bundle failure was caused by sulfolane decomposition which generated acidic materials and these materials corroded the tubewall.Based on the corrosion behavior,the relevant anti-leak measures were prepared and implemented,such as optimizingmaterials and modifying additives.These measures effectively reduced the corrosion of the reboiler by sulfolane.
