摘要
公共文化设施是公共文化服务供给的物质载体,构建城乡公共文化设施共享机制对于实现城乡公共文化服务均等化具有重大的推动作用。城乡公共文化设施共享机制是由共享环境(资源环境、技术环境、制度环境)、城乡协调(城乡文化设施协同、共享主体利益协调)、共享平台(学习、共享、创新)构成的一个有机统一体。城乡公共文化设施共享机制运行过程中主要存在共享环境缺乏、城乡协调能力不足、共享平台不完善等问题,优化城乡公共文化设施共享机制的策略也是从树立共享理念、优化共享环境、增强城乡协调能力、完善城乡共享平台等角度而来的。
The public cultural facilities which are used as the cultural carriers are considered the public sharing mechanism of urban and rural public cultural institution that is of an important role in promoting equalization of public cultural service. The common enjoying environment including the environment of resource technical and system, The co-ordination of urban and rural including co-ordination of cultural facilities is formed an organic institution. In the process of operating there are lacking the share environment, the co-ordination power not enough and the no-completion of the share platform.The strategy of optimizing the sharing mechanism of public cultural facilities and establishment the co-share view and optimizing co-share environment and enhance the co-ordination. It is to explore the above issues about the co-platform.
