摘要
文章对主动波浪补偿系统的补偿原理进行研究设计,并将货物和钢丝绳及补偿器对主动波浪补偿系统的影响建立数学模型以及对货物的静态和动态的参数进行计算分析。另外,应用Simster仿真软件对运动补偿性能进行了仿真和分析,仿真结果表明:主动波浪补偿系统的精度满足系统的响应要求。
Taking as a research object the active wave compensation system installed in deep-sea-operating hoisting winch, the principle and general block diagram of the active wave compensation system are introduced. The static and dynamic parameters of cargos are calculated and analyzed by establishing the dynamic modeling of the cargo, wire rope and compensators. It also simulates and analyzes the motion compensation performance by using Simster simulation software. The simulation results show that the accuracy of the active wave compensation system is not less than 90% under the target sea state, which can meet the system response requirements.
