摘要
空间砷化镓太阳电池采用焊接的方式将互连材料连到电池上以引出电极。目前国内空间砷化镓太阳电池的焊接普遍采用平行间隙电阻焊技术,互连材料采用纯银箔。通过实验,找出了银箔的不同厚度、不同硬度与抗拉强度和伸长率的关系以及相应的焊接质量,确定了在一定的焊接模式和焊接参数下保证焊接一致性良好的银箔量化参数。
The electrode outlet of the space GaAs solar cell is completed by welding the solar cell's electrode with interconnection material. The technology of parallel gap resistance welding is widely used at present, and the interconnection material is pure silver foil. The relationship between the thickness, hardness of silver foil and the tensile strength, elongation and the welding quality through the test is found out. The quantitative parameters of the silver foil with good welding consistency under the certain welding modes and welding parameters are given.
