摘要
本文旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的亚麻籽对萨寒杂交一代(萨福克×小尾寒羊)去势断奶公羔羊生长性能、屠宰性能和肌肉脂肪酸含量的影响。试验选择年龄、体重和遗传背景相近的60只健康的萨寒杂交一代去势断奶公羔,采用完全随机试验设计,随机分为4组,每组15只羔羊,各组分别饲喂添加0、4%、8%和12%亚麻籽的饲粮。结果表明,饲粮中添加亚麻籽对羔羊生长性能有显著影响,而且与添加剂量有关。饲粮中添加8%的亚麻籽显著增加羔羊的体重和平均日增重(P<0.05),降低料肉比(P<0.05),对羔羊的日均干物质采食量无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲粮中添加亚麻籽显著提高羔羊的胴体重和屠宰率(P<0.05),其中以8%添加组的效果最佳。同时,8%添加组羔羊的肌肉中多不饱和脂肪酸、n-3多不饱和脂肪酸和n-6多不饱和脂肪酸含量最高(P<0.05)。因此,羔羊饲粮中添加8%的亚麻籽可显著提高羔羊生长性能和屠宰性能,增加肌肉脂肪酸含量,可以用于生产功能性羔羊肉。
The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of different concentrations diets supplementation of flaxseed on performance and fatty acid content in hybrid lambs（Suffolk×Small Tail Han sheep）that were weaned and castrated. 60 hybrid lambs with similar body weight,age and genetic background were selected and were randomly divided into 4 groups of 15 hybrid lambs each. Then each testing group was fed with feedstuff mixed into 0,4%,8% and 12% flaxseed. Results showed that the addition of flaxseed to the diets can significantly improve the growth performance of lambs,and the improve related with the adding dose.8% flaxseed significantly increased body weight and average daily gain,and reduced feed conversion ratio of lambs（P 〈0.05）,but had no significant effect on average daily feed intake（P 〉0.05）.The addition of flaxseed to the diets can significantly improve carcass weight and dressing percentage（P 〈0.05）,8% flaxseed has the best effect. The highest content of polyunsaturated fatty acid,n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid,n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid in 8% flaxseed groups. Therefore,adding 8% flaxseed to the diet can significantly improve growth performance,slaughter performance and fatty acid content,it can be used to produce functional lamb meat.
